Explair: why the loss of three months of data could have taken place and how this could have been prevented. (2 marks) (d) Ms. Sharon Foster is the systems development manager of a financial institution and has held this post for four years. Mr. Mark Watson joined the firm this year as the systems operations manager. Within three months of joining the firm, Mr. Watson got engaged to Ms. Foster. The wedding will be in six months time. As the HR Manager, you were just made aware of this. After discussions with the CEO, you now have to inform Mr. Watson that he has to resign from his post with immediate effect.
