Can someone help me write an IF statement for this problem that includes a spin button?

Part 1: placement of If statement goes to E4 cell. =IF (this cell C7 =0, then set this to E3, if not, set it to E3*quantity, 1+B2)

Part 2: Placement of IF statement goes in E5(73,600) =IF(C7=0, E5*E3, if c7=1, then set to E3*B7,1-B7)

Part 3:: = Placement of IF statement goes in E6(110,400) = IF( C7=0, take E4 * quantity, 1-B7)

I have tried various IF statements, but they mess up my cells
