Witnesseth WHEREAS, Client desires to engage Photographer to provide photography services for Client's daughter, Tanya (age 17), and Photographer desires to provide such services; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. Services Photographer agrees to provide Client with senior picture photography services (the "Services") in accordance with the following selected package: ( ) 2 hours in-studio photography allowing for 3 clothing changes for $200. ( ) 1 hour in-studio photography allowing for 1 clothing option only and 2 hours of on-location photography, with no more than 2 locations and 2 clothing changes within a 15-mile radius of Pete's Pics studio for $400. 6. Copyright Client shall own the full legal rights to all photographs purchased under the selected Picture Package. Copyright of all other photographs remains with Photographer.

7. Cancellation In the event of cancellation by Client with more than [Number] days' notice prior to the scheduled photography session, a full refund of the deposit will be provided. In the event of cancellation by Client with less than [Number] days' notice prior to the scheduled photography session, the deposit will be forfeited. In the event of cancellation by Photographer due to unforeseen circumstances, Photographer will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the photography session for a mutually agreeable date. 8. Entire Agreement This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

9. Governing Law This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.

10. Severability If any provision of this Contract is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Binding Effect This Contract shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors, and permitted assigns.
