Can someone with general knowledge in C++ programming help me with these questions? I need a template to check my answers. Thanks!!!!!!

1) Write a function called initialize matrix (A, min, aver, and knops). It initializes a 5x5 matrix A of real numbers to A[i] [j] = sin (i) + cos (j). It then determines the minimum element min, the average of all elements aver, and the number of elements that are positive knops.

2) Write a function called string comp (s1, s2, E). This function compares two strings s1 and s2. If they are equal (ie all the characters are equal) then set the integer E to 1, otherwise set it to 0.
