Over the time I've spent in this course, I have learned a lot of valuable information that I can see being used in the future. I've always want to start my own business, so learning about the different types of businesses and the liabilities that go along with each have really expanded my knowledge. I have also considered pursuing a career in human resources, and this course has gave me lots of insight to different areas such as reasonable accommodations and ethical business practices. No matter where life will take me. I can see myself using many topics that were covered in this course. I am able to take what I've learned in business law and use it in the future in uncountable ways such as maintaining order, practicing ethics, and adapting to rules and regulations. Business law has taught me the broad aspect from standard business conducts to employment contracts and following guidelines. It is detrimental if for some reason I were to run my own company one day that I fully comprehend protective measures in order to prevent any legal surprises or costly mistakes. Any business in hindsight is subject to a number of different rules and regulations such as LLC and sole proprietorships and corporations. The existence of business law creates a sense of security among customers and business owners, shareholders, etc. I will also as either a business owner, or an employee are also able to make better ethical decisions. I will be better equipped to know when to seek legal help as well as ensuring the protection and safety of myself and others around me. Every business is required to maintain and should maintain ethical conduct. I will be able to make better business decisions. Business law is also essential within compensation issues within any organization, and knowing which statutes and guidelines to follow are vital. It is a businesses responsibility to ensure that they don't violate compensation and employee benefits in anyway. The consequences of this can be fatal fonsole proprietorships and other businesses thal are solely responsible for any lawsuits or monetary damages that could potentially be awarded.
