can u make a jave code with use of GUI that upon running shows a welcome panel with a message saying $$Welcome to Student Grade Reader!$$ which then prompts the user to login with their $$User ID$$ and $$Password$.$ If an incorrect password$/$User ID is given, then an error message will pop up which will allow them to login with the correct information.

Upon the correct password being inputted, a new panel appears that shows the message "What would you like to do today" and two buttons that say $$Input Grade$,$ on the left and "Show Student Averages" on the right with a close button at the center bottom that returns them to the login page. upon slecting the input grades button

There will be a $$Student Dropbox$$ that allows the teacher to select which student they are inputting grades for. This is followed by the list of subjects $($english$,$ math, art, science$)$ that student does, which then allows the teacher to input the grades for each subject. Once the teacher is finishes with the first student, they will select save and go back to the $$Student Dropbox$$ to input grades for the next student. The same procedures will be followed for each student until the list of students is finished. whatver grades is put for each student is saved for them unless a new grade is put for that student.

Once the teacher is finished, they will select $$Close$,$ which brings them back to the panel that prompts the teacher to select either $$Input Grade$$ or $$View Average Grade$.$ When the teacher selects $$View Average Grade$,$ a panel showing the list of students and the the average of their $4$ grades will be displayed on the screen in what appears to be a table.

The user will then be able to sort the information using $$Sort by Name$$ or $$Sort by Grade$$ buttons that does so alphabetically or by descending order respectively. Afterwards, the user will select $$Close$$ which brings them prior page.
