Can we have an alignment trap with poor data? I.e. aligned with the effectiveness and efficiency but still bad decisions. Decisions which are not applicable for the modern evolving, data driven, technology native organization? Is alignment with data more important than efficiency (lowest amount of input per output) and effectiveness (achieving goals derived independently of data).
