HR/Payroll/Administration:
HR/Payroll personnel are responsible for overseeing the implementation and

training should be given to them how they should clock daily.
A daily exception report will be retrieved from the BIO Time system and sent
to all Supervisors/Timekeepers to correct all discrepancies daily.
After correction of all discrepancies by the Timekeepers, a second verification
will be done by the HR/Payroll to proceed with the upload in Lisa.
Employees:
Employees are responsible for using the face scanning machine to clock in
and out accurately.
Any issue for not being able to clock, the matter should be reported to their
Timekeepers/5upervisor.
Employees will have access to clock on all sites around the island.
Managers/Supervisors/Timekeepers:
Managers and supervisors are responsible for ensuring that employees are
using the face scanning system correctly,
They must address any issues or concerns to HR/Payroll raised by employees
regarding the face scanning system promptly.
A login to access the system will be given to Site Supervisors and
Timekeepers to verify the attendance of their employees and correct all
discrepancies for the missing clocks.
