Produce project plans based on research of the chosen theme for an identified organisation.

P5 Devise comprehensive project plans for a chosen scenario, including a work and resource allocation breakdown using appropriate tools.

Scope statement (what the project will include and what it won't).

Aims (Aims are statements of intent. They are usually written in broad terms. They set out what you hope to achieve at the end of the project).

Objectives (These should be specific statements that define measurable outcomes, e.g. what steps will be taken to achieve the desired outcome). Outline success criteria and key performance indicators (KPI's)

Target audience (stakeholders, who the project is for (technical/non technical etc).

Project boundaries. (What is within and outside the scope).

Work breakdown . Including......

Project Phases (identify the model you are using i.e waterfall).

Deliverables & Benefits (What will be delivered at the end of the project and what benefits it will bring).

Risks (What could go wrong? What tasks are dependent on others?)

Resources Allocation breakdown. (i.e. People, equipment, materials, financial capital etc.)

Gantt Chart: Introduction to chart & summarise milestones and tasks identified. Plus finished chart as an image that matches up with the project phases identified in your work breakdown. (Indicate where we are now & what comes next).
