Find an example of a communication plan online and identify:

a) The areas in which the communication plan followed best practices, as well as any areas where it did not follow best practices. Indicate what improvements would you make to the template. Make sure to clearly identify the source of the communication plan.

b) Identify 3 different project stakeholders (executives vs. project team members vs. program management office vs. external stakeholders, etc.) that would be part of a communication plan.

Identify and explain the channel(s) you would use to communicate with them and the reason(s) why this would be the most effective approach.
