Objective

This assignment aims to demonstrate an understanding of quality improvement in a clear and concise manner using a professionally formatted presentation.

Instructions

When completing this assignment, keep in mind that you need to convince your employees that Quality Improvement activities are worthwhile and efficient.

Develop a PowerPoint presentation addressing:

• What is CQI,
• Why is CQI Worthwhile, and
• How CQI is Implemented

Effectively address the 3 elements of CQI listed above in no more than 5 content slides (not including the cover / title slide, agenda/highlights, summary, or references).

Remember:

1. The suggestions about PPT presentations in last weeks material.
2. Youre the manager, but you still have to get buy-in from your employees.
3. For the cover / title slide, be sure to include your name and class information.
4. For the references, be sure to include even if only using the textbook.
