In this project, you will be introduced to the entire process of developing a technical report, including audience analysis, identification of the rhetorical situation, information gathering, preliminary drafting, and report writing.

In the Recommendation Report, you explain what you found out about problem you wrote about in your Proposal. You will discuss all the possible solutions to the problem, and then explain which solution is best and why.$$ Explain what is wrong with all the other solutions that you considered. Your goal and the point of the assignment is to recommend the best, the most feasible, solution to the problem.
