Can you help me with the HYPOTHESIS for this Case Conceptualization?

Presenting Problem: Jason, a 38-year-old Jewish man, owns a successful law practice specializing in commercial real estate property law. Jason decided to seek counseling because he believes he is severely depressed. According to Jason, he is only sane because of his work. Jason revealed that he is romantically involved with Kevin, and they have kept their relationship a secret. In his explanation, Jason explained that people's professional, religious, and social status would be adversely affected if they found out about his relationship. In addition, Jason revealed that Kevin had been betraying him by participating in sexually explicit chats on the internet. He feels Kevin doesn't show him affection. According to Jason, Kevin gives his life meaning and purpose, so he fears that Kevin will leave him. Additionally, Jason keeps having nightmares about Kevin cheating on him and having his friends, family, and colleagues discover that he is dating someone. Based on Existential Theory, Jason has difficulty with freedom/responsibility, isolation/connection, meaning/meaninglessness, and authenticity/vulnerability (Frank, 2016). The Existential Theory explains that people have the freedom to choose, but they must balance this with their responsibility to do so. As a result of these limitations, individuals can experience loneliness, guilt, and anxiety, which is exactly what Jason is experiencing (Frank, 2016).

Goals: Using Existential Theory, Jason hopes to live a conscious and responsible life. In order to reach his potential, Jason must become more aware of himself and his experiences in the world. He must also better understand his choices and responsibilities (Frank 2016). Kevin provides meaning and purpose to Jason's life and he cannot accept that he wants a relationship with a man. Jason will continue to suffer until he is able to reach a place of self-awareness regarding his sexual orientation. Accepting who he is will also enable him to accept responsibility for his decision to date a man. Jason won't be threatened by what others think of him if he takes responsibility for who he is. In addition to finding meaning for himself, Jason wants to impact the world in a positive way. Jason believes if he were to lose Kevin, he would lose all sense and meaning in his life. In Existential Theory, meaning is found in discovering oneself and being aware that one is not alone (Frank, 2016).
