$5.$Data Storage: Using IPFS for decentralized and secure data handling.

$6.$Real$-$Time Data: Collecting and processing real$-$time data for water usage and distribution to optimize resource allocation.

Attached is the diagram I design but it didn't meet the standards. but the concepts is the same. Instead of IoT sensors the assumption is that the data is already available so instead it will be real$-$time data. And instead of multi sig authentication it should be multi sig authorization
