In the meantime, I need you to complete the following work. I have interviewed a new client, Ms Jane Bratan at 9 am yesterday morning (Matter No: 202x/AC2001). Please draft a will for Jane Bratan based on the following instructions. Jane Bratan lives at 19 Westmoreland Ave Dee Why 2099 and is a retired schoolteacher. Jane wants to appoint Alexa Hall, her daughter, of 73 Albert Ave Chatswood 2067 and her son, Michael Bratan of 1 Lagoon Street Narrabeen 2101, as joint executors. Jane wants the diamond and sapphire brooch to be left to her daughter, Alexa and she wants the antique chiming clock to go to her son, Michael. The residue of her estate is to be divided equally between her daughter, Alexa, and her son, Michael. If any of the beneficiaries referred to do not survive Jane, then that benefit that they would have received will be divided equally amongst the children of theirs as survive Jane. Jane has superannuation which amounts to $200,000. Jane said that she has nominated her daughter, Alexa, and her son, Michael, as non-lapsing beneficiaries
