The students would have to do a leadership response to a mock-situation. A "situation response" should be developed by students for the scenario of their choice (institutional / corporate / enterprise) focusing on the learnt leadership styles. Criteria of project evaluation:

• ✓ The leadership style applied is justified and analysed

You should imagine and a situation which needs to be solved through implementing strategies that need the use of leadership skills.
1. Define a mock-situation (a fictitious scenario of your choice) with an issue that needs a solution.
2. Design a "situation response", an action plan to solve this problematic situation.
3. Apply learnings of the topics taught in class, i.e., effective communication, dealing with conflict, suitability of applying development methods to readdress the situation (coaching, mentoring, team building strategies), etc.
4. Focus on one (or more) leadership styles as part of the guiding line of your proposals: frame your plan under a leadership style. The objective is that you construct a scenario with an issue to be resolved (choose something of your interest), that you design a plan to solve this situation (applying learning's from class), and that you framework it as part of a leadership style. The chosen style would need to follow the logic of your plan. Example: A business partner wants to diversify the product portfolio of the company. The board decides to study the proposal utilising an external counsellor specialised in market analysis. His output is: NO GO. However, the board decides to GO. (Democratic leadership style?), and needs to make a plan to face conflict generated with some board members, and a plan to teach an eventual new sales team to launch the new line of products, etc.
