You are project manager for a project that is originally scheduled to take 9 days. You have determined the activity duration and resource requirements for the project as follows: Assume that there are no precedence relationships between the activities (e.g. you are free to choose what order the activities are done in and which are done concurrently). a. Assume you have only 3 workers available. Perform resource-limited scheduling to deterimine the minimum possible completion time to finish the project with only 3 workers. b. Assume that you are not resource limited. However, due to cost considerations, you would like to have your resources as levelly loaded as possible throughout the planned schedule duration. Perform resource-leveling on the project to determine the minimum number of workers you need in order to complete the project within the original expected duration ( 9 days)
