Can you please help me write an email to HR telling them that i will be off one day in the week due to my children school drop off and pickup. their dad who use to drop them off and pick them up is out of the State for a couple of mouths and i have arange it with a friend to drop them off and pick them but she can only do 4 days in a week which means i will have to drop them and pick them up the remaining day. so please help me write a heart warming email pleading in they can give me that day till everything settle.
