You are setting up a new full-service FBO.

• The business, which is organized as a corporation, will provide aircraft sales and servicing (including fuel, lubricants, parts, inspection,and maintenance), pilot supplies, flight training, aircraft rental, and air charter services.

• The company will begin with a fleet of 6 owned or leased aircraft for use as trainers and for rental to certified pilots. The owned aircraft will be purchased with a secured loan from Local National Bank.
• One of the mechanics, who also holds inspection authorization and is a pilot, will perform maintenance flight checks on customers' aircraft following maintenance and prior to approving the aircraft for return to service.
