Can you write a conclusion based on the given report?

Introduction

Being sustainable today has many benefits, and many businesses are moving in that direction for several reasons, including the availability of natural resources. The store's founder, Araceli Gallego, gave it the name Goshopia, a combination of the words "go" and "shop" and "utopia." As Araceli Gallego stated, it was challenging to find a home for independent fashion designers (Eco-friendly fashion), which is why she founded Goshopia. She also stressed the importance of using sustainability to set higher standards for the products and how well it will be used for the future generation as they care greatly about the resources without abusing them, as she stated. In the mission and vision of Goshopia, They are being transparent with their information and suggestions for things to do because the goal of Goshopia is to increase a positive impact on people and the environment. Their vision is to become one of the world's most popular destinations for eco-friendly living, and their mission is to help people live sustainably so that everyone is satisfied. When Araceli Gallego first started her company, she followed the three S model: sustainable, slow, and socially responsible. She has since added the fourth S: style. Style might be subjective, as Araceli Gallego said, yet anything posted online or uploaded to a platform must be stylish. As she is concentrating on the customers and how they will act and respond toward such a sustainable brand as Goshopia to satisfy their needs to produce the best clothes and to get more encouraged in the future for the company, Araceli Gallego wants to change the way of the sustainable market to become better and achieve her goals by producing the best clothing products in a different way than it has been used before in other companies. As the epitome of love in Goshopia, they value quality and proper execution rather than rushing things along because they want to have the best results for usage in the future.

Literature review:

Goshopia is the first marketplace in MENA promoting sustainable fashion as highlighted by Arte & Lusso in an interview with Gallego: Goshopia is the Middle East's first online marketplace for slow and sustainable fashion. Designers and companies interested in joining must adhere to at least one of our three S's or fundamental values: Slow, Sustainable, and Socially Responsible. In addition, Goshopia collaborates with One Tree Planted, so every purchase results in the planting of additional trees (Gallego, 2019).

Goshopia arose from Gallegos love of art, nature, and her belief that there is always potential for everyone to better and support one another as a community. As a former Project Manager and Blogger, she witnessed the lack of support for certain aspiring designers and craftspeople, as well as the wastefulness of the fast fashion business, and decided to take action (A. Gallego, Personal communication, 2022)

Goshopia focuses on quality & carefully partner with designers that are willing to commit to at least of their 3 pillars for sustainability: Slow, meaning the goods are not mass produced and handcrafted. Sustainability has a wider angle, it could mean the resources are ethically sourced materials such as organic or recycled material. Finally, socially responsible means supporting a social cause/justice & being ethical. Goshopia designers work with artisans, craftsmen to support design and innovation because creativity needs to be nurtured and there is not a second Planet (A. Gallego, Personal communication, 2022).

Main issues:

There two challenges that GOSPHOPIA face:

Over 35,000 ceo for international companies try to solve issues in Business Sustainability people dedicated to making business more sustainable. they work in different countries, industries, and sectors. they have a unique perspective on sustainability challenges.

The world is now facing difficult challenges in sustainability. And companies in the world of markets are trying as much as possible to solve problems related to the environment that affect the global economy. One of the most important challenges that companies face

1 - Youth unemployment and poverty

Poverty and youth unemployment should become more prevalent in growing and developing markets like Nigeria. This entails taking a close look at issues like the creation of jobs and the inclusion of the underserved in the target market and supply chain of enterprises.

2-Promotion of the circular economy

The best route to sustainability is through the circular economy. Why? We are constrained by physical resources on a global scale. This is valid in terms of the resources we use (such as food, water, oil, and wood) and the waste disposal choices we have. For example, via land, air and water. Waste is becoming a valuable input thanks to the circular economy. Businesses can stop using up virgin resources and causing pollution by completing the cycle of resource supply and disposal. Concerns about water quality, plastic pollution, carbon emissions, etc. may become things of the past.

3-Public policy

Businesses find it challenging to make the business case for creating projects that serve the SDGs in the absence of clear government signals. Both in Canada and internationally, those policy signals are lacking. In a study of 1000 CEOs, 42% claimed that political unpredictability is hindering or halting their attempts to promote sustainability. In order to achieve systemic change, the government is crucial in developing the framework that requires action from corporations. Today, however, government is finding it difficult to figure out how to improve business performance. And these are the sustainable issues that GOSHOPIA face:

First off, there are already so many manufactured clothes on the market that no one would be left without clothing if tomorrow all the manufacturers in the world shut down. In reality, we would have clothing for a very long time. It is evident that this will not happen. We don't want it to happen either. It is an industrial chain that feeds millions of people worldwide, and there are several jobs at risk. more specifically, over 300 million. In the case of Spain, about 180,000 individuals, or 2.9% of the GDP. For some of the sections of this article, we shall use the fashion scene in Spain as an example.

The second reason is that 30% of the 150,000,000,000 clothing produced are never sold. Furthermore, 50% of it is thrown out in less than a year. Accordingly, 12.8 million tons of textiles are burned or dumped in landfills every year. Which takes us to a carbon footprint that, as the CBS News noted a few weeks ago, is even larger than the total of foreign flights and maritime cargo put together.

Solutions:

1: Youth unemployment and poverty

The first solution we can get for this issue is to for the company to hire more people from around the world, this will help the company as it will show the world that they are not just a company that says things but doesnt act upon it. They want to be sustainable and green and by hiring more people from countries that are in poverty can help the company image. The people will see that the company is making sure that the people living in poverty are being cared for and not forgot as they are given the same opportunities as anyone else. The company can also make sure that the items/resources that they are getting is not being brought to them in an unethical manner.

2: Promotion of the circular economy

The issue that the company is facing here is the promotion of the circular economy. In this sense its all about the fact that the world relies heavily on global resources. The solution here is not to stop the resource gathering but to reduce and reuse. The way this works is that the company can offer their customers discounts and other forms of promotions if they bring in their old clothing or unwanted clothing so that the company can use this material to create new items and be as sustainable as they can. This will help with the circular economy as it will keep the materials reused. At a certain point the material might be to worn out to be able to be used but non the less its better to reach that point rather than having the material just sit in a trash pile somewhere in the world that is slowly and eventually destroying our environment.

3: Public policy

The final issue that we observed was the creation of new items with a creative look that is completely new to the old look. This is something that all clothing companies face obviously because the consumers are going to get bored of a look eventually. Now for Goshopia this is a different story as they dont only produce clothing, they also have furniture and household items so for them this is a harder thing to achieve but, because they are using recycled materials, they are able to make the most amazing new looking creative pieces that the customers love. For this problem the solution we came up with is the company to show the customers all the new items that are being produced by the materials and where the materials came from so that the items can have a sentimental value to some people as they might feel connected to this place if they have a memory from when they visited it or it is in fact their home town.
