can you write this differently "If I did this experiment again, I'd try using different types of flour like whole wheat, almond, or coconut to the texture chang and rise this will change the bread. I'd also test how keeping the starter in warmer or cooler places not just the fridge to see affects the bubbles and texture. It would be fun to see if feeding the starter every day or every other day makes a difference in how tangy or soft the bread turns out
