Canada Tourism Packages

The project involves developing and launching adventure tourism packages that cater to adventure enthusiasts seeking unique and thrilling experiences in Canada's wilderness. As the project manager of a Canadian tourism company,$*$ your group will be responsible for managing the creation of those tourism packages, as well as its marketing and promotion, logistics and operations, and customer experience.

A budget cap of $$250,000$ for the initial phase of tour development, marketing, and operational expenses.

$*$ The group can create a unique name, logo$,$ and visual identity for the tourism company, thus giving a real$-$life impression to the project. Using the concepts learned in this course, prepare a Written Report addressing the following sections:

a$.$ Project summary: summarize the project overview, the main challenges, scope and its deliverables.

b$.$ Determine the business needs, justification, and strategy plan.

c$.$ Metrics: Develop at least three $(3)$ metrics for measuring the success of the project.

d$.$ Stakeholder Analysis: Identify the stakeholders who will be impacted by the project and describe how you will engage$/$communicate with them. Briefly describe their participation in the project and how they are impacted.
