This process gives the employer the opportunity to see who may be a perfect fit in their company. In my career, I have done many interviews. I remember 16 years ago, I had my first interview at Johns Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore, Md. I was a nervous wreck. This was my first big girl real job interview. I walking in with my hands shacking. I greeted the interviewer with a smile and tried to play cool as a cucumber. I had no ideal what to expect. I let her do most of the talking. She asked me questions; I answered them with the best of my knowledge. As the interview continued I started to feel more relaxed and comfortable. It was a success, I got the job
