As an analyst of the current pandemic status in Lebanon, you are required to manage the steps for concluding the tasks of treating patients (infected people) in Rafiq Harriri Hospital. The following WBS was proposed for a selected specific number of patients.

1. You are required to define the appropriate predecessors of the defined tasks in the WBS above.
2. You are required to collect data (example by talking to experts in the field) about the expectation of optimistic, pessimistic and most likely durations (in days) for each task listed in the following table.

4. Draw the activity chart (network diagram) and identify (show) the critical path/activities based on te as explained in class in a form of AON showing ES, EF, LS, LF, DUR, and Slack
5. In order to treat more infected people, the hospital manager asked you if it is possible to reduce the project length by 1 day. What would be the probability of meeting the managers request?
6. The manager was also worried that possible delay of treatment of some patients. Hence he would also like to check the probability that the project length increased by 1 day?
