Case Description:

Shuttle bus for the students, employees, and faculty members that run through the university to marketplaces from 9 am (9:00:00) to 8 pm (20:00:00). They have several part-time student drivers to drive this bus. Inside the bus, there will be a laptop/tab/mobile phone where they write their duty records using application software. They will provide |Student id#| Driver ID#| Vehicle ID#| Date| Duty Start time |Duty End time| Driver-pin code. To log in to the system the driver must have a student id, driver id, and driver pin code. The system should have a proper data validation method as the driver may write the wrong date and time or the wrong ID and pin code. The date (mm/dd/yyyy) must be a valid date and within the bill month and year. The time (hh-min-sec) must be a valid time whose range is 9:00:00 to 20:00:00. The duty end-time must be greater than the duty start-time. The system will keep a record of all the related data for one year in a database and after one year it will keep in a history file. The system admin will define the honorarium per hour for a part-time student driver as 15.50 USD but it may change. At the end of the month, one authorized employee of the account section runs the application software and clicks on the part-time driver salary menu that will generate a bill for all drivers in a specific format and email them with an individual attached salary statement.
