Case Discussion #$1-$ Cola Wars

After reading the Cola Wars Continue: Coke and Pepsi $2010$ Harvard Business School case study, post a discussion question for the class. Your question should connect the case to concepts or frameworks that we have encountered over the course of the semester. Discussion questions are best when they raise a puzzle that does not immediately have a clear answer. For example, the question, "How has the business strategy of Coke affected its profits?" is not very strong because it does not raise a puzzle $($maybe it would if the question writer elaborated on why the question is puzzling$)$ and it's too open$-$ended. Similarly, the question, "What are the barriers to entry?" is not a strong question because someone can easily look up the answer in the case$$there is no room for debate.
