Assuming the role of Chantrea Seang, prepare a memorandum which determines the feasibility of the

proposed IAFS and APSI products at MDFA. Exhibits should support the observations and the memo

should summarize and analyze this data and consider other non$-$quantitative factors.

The Excel file should show all calculations in detail. Clarity in the Excel file will be valued $-$ it should be

clear to see how and where you derived your numbers. So$,$ you should consider things such as

formatting and the structure of your file. The main information and calculations must be clearly

referenced so that they can be easily recognized in the file.
