Before t and a Use Case Definition document and then design a Windows application writing the code, create an event-planning document for each event in the program. Your local town is placing an indoor ice skating rink in the city center. Create a Windows application that allows you to compute how much cubic feet of ice that the ice rink will hold. The Windows application should request the length, width, and average depth (for example, most ice rinks have a depth of 2 feet of ice). The program then determines the volume of the playground in cubic feet of ice needed (volume-length width depth). Allow the user to enter values with decimal places.
