He always ensured that he followed some principles in managing the organization. Jerry was very particular about management functions in different levels of the organization. He emphasized on investing more on employees and improving the working conditions in Datsun. Jerry always advised his managers to be people-oriented and to stimulate employees. The department managers never disappointed Jerry. The department managers ensured that employees were assigned tasks according to their skills and knowledge, fair compensation for the employees, maintained fairness among their subordinates, and there is proper coordination between employees in the department. The employees were free to express their views on improving any activity in the organization, and the managers always motivated them for better performance.
