A well established company having operations across world was given permission to start operations in telecom business in Canada in January 2020. The management decided to start its operations initially in the province of Toronto only in June 2020. The management made a heavy recruitment of 100 marketing executives to be posted across whole of Toronto by March 2020. A training and development manager was recruited and is given a task to trains the 100 marketing executives, who have less than three years of experience in telecom sector in the span of 4 weeks only.
