Case Study 3: Custody Orders Tiffany works as an educator at Little.ly early learning centre in the Willow Oak room. Fran is one of the toddlers in the Willow Oak room. Recently the centre has been notified that a custody order has been put in place stating that Fran's mother only does pick up on Tuesday and Thursday. All other days pick up must be done by Fran's father or grandmother. It is Friday afternoon and Fran's mother has just arrived at the Willow Oak room to pick up Fran. Fran's mother explains to Tiffany that she is here to pick up Fran as they have a birthday party to attend on the weekend. Fran's mother also says that the father will be fine with it.
