# Case study: A decision tree that is building small, medium and large facilities

Make a structure$/$ writing as follows:

$-$Introduction: Include, not limited to$,$ the description of your problem in details, brief summary of what you will analyze in the main body, brief

findings$/$suggestions$/$results$/$etc$.,$

$-$Main body: Expand the decision tree, Consider expanding on the practice question we worked on during the class $($building small, medium and large facility$),$ Add more than three nodes $($use both decision and event nodes$),$ For each branch, set the reasonable payoffs $($explain why$),$ Determine probabilities on the arcs if it is connected to the event node, Create the innovative and possible scenarios in business

$-$Draw the decision tree

$-$Do sensitivity analysis: Assume at least three different scenarios of "what$-$if$"($For example, what if the probability changes, what if payoffs are different, etc.$)$ Even for one scenario, you can change the parameters differently on any specific purposes. Scenarios must be reasonable. Provide results for each scenario and insights for customers $($owner of the business$)$

$-$Conclusion: Suggest your ideas; or conclude your work with summary, Write as if you are the consultant for the business owner, Assume that it is the analysis report for the business owner $-$ Make it understandable, easy to follow
