Case Study B Unsatisfactory performance

The work team at Pies & Puds do not seem to be getting on very well. There are complaints being made about some staff working harder than others, and having to fix mistakes which they havent made.

You have noticed that Sam is coming in late and is unfocused during the shift. The work log for the last few weeks shows that Sam has not met their work targets which could lead to orders not being ready for customers. Other staff members have exceeded their targets because they had had to step in and help.
