Case Study- Bazaar Ceramics For this assessment project, we will be using a simulation, called Bazaar Ceramics. Templates need to be shown to your trainer for use or trainer may provide templates. In this project, you will be required to work as a Project Manager and you will be required to identify the strategic and operational needs of the IT project during the planning phase, prepare, manage, and finalise the IT project and prepare a report based on that. Background Information Bazaar Ceramics business growth is outstanding. They have engaged new staff, surpassed targeted sales growth and international demand for the product is growing daily. For Sydney office- The company need to have a router, 10 workstations which are wired and 10 wireless network setups. You are able to touch and buy all the equipment from the Telstra termination point on the server room. The server room has existing cable tray and wiring for ports set up in the 3 rooms., you are asked to set up the 2 routers (one wired and other wireless) on to the 3-room office building. The wired network should be able to link to a Virtual network from the main head office. Form a group of three and represent yourself as project manager, technical lead or developer and systems administrator. Part 1: 1.
