Danielle's Reflective Diary

At Cuddles Cottage, Danielle has recently been promoted to the role of Room Leader, in the 3 - 4 year olds room with responsibility for four other staff who job share two positions within the room. After a discussion with her Director on the responsibilities of her new role Danielle decides to keep a reflective journal to begin to identify actions and goals for her professional development.

After 4 weeks in the position Danielle sits down to reflect on and assess her performance based on the observations she has recorded within her journal (see below).
