- Learning & Talent Development Programme: this is the largest section of your report which will contain everything about the program
- in case you want to give a name to the program in line with what would be the requirement of EKK you can provide a name for your program
- what this program is going to focus on any particular employee segments
- what are the objectives of your program
- who are the key stakeholders that you have considered or who will get impacted by the design delivery and implementation of your program
- Consider using an appropriate model preferably the web of 10 factors you've already given us the objectives as well as the stakeholder considerations what we would now like to see is your actual program you are not required to put down all the topics or the different ten elements of the web of 10 factors as headings
- you are aware that you need to consider various elements like learners, you need to look at delivery you need to look at strategic alignment you need to look at the resources available, look at the theories models tools that are there and the capability of the deliverer along with the evaluation so those are the typical elements that will be a part of your main program
- Consider demonstrating the interrelationship between what interventions have you chosen in line with what how did you determine that these interventions are appropriate ones for the skills required by the employees who work in the customer facing roles is there a particular framework that you have used why would you think this program would make a difference
- consider using a talent management or talent development framework to align your program
- Ensure that your choice of interventions are chosen based on the requirements of the job/roles: KSAOs /Competencies. Also if you can ascertain are there certain competencies that are required by employees working with customers in the context of the local culture- if you want to create a competency framework- place it in the appendix
- See your Interventions and determine what is it that they are focusing on and why they are focusing on this what theory or tool underlies the choice of your intervention how you have considered the various generations how is the choice of the planning of your intervention for example should include the typical intervention the underlying theory what will it contain in that intervention it will be evident that you have considered various learning styles, You have considered various types of learners in terms of their age or their generation and the research that highlights how do people of a certain age group learn or prefer to learn,
- you have considered different learning theories you have ensured that you are focusing on the needs of the learner the needs of the organization as well as we could clearly see the transfer of information or transfer of knowledge taking place
- moreover you could also highlight how do you intend to evaluate that particular intervention consider using an appropriate model that is going to guide you, I do not want an explanation of the model what we need is implementation so based on this model this is how this program will be evaluated depending on what level you are leaving the evaluation on , you should design a tool which will capture the evaluation required for the program
- While you're developing your program ensure that you have kept the clients need in mind, they talked about systems they talked about technology they have already highlighted what system they have think about it how could your program be integrated in terms of either evaluation or delivery what is it that you could do there you could consider all this
- All the forms you wish to develop can be a part of the appendix

Moreover, a subsidiary of this company, Kanoo Motors, SPC operates in the high-end automotive sector as the official distributor of McLaren Automotive sector of being the authorised distributor of McLaren Automotives in Bahrain. Notably, their business is not only limited to the Automotive divisions, but they are also key players in the other businesses such as IT solutions, Maintenance Services, Real Estate Business, Consultancy Services and spare parts and service of their Automotive Brands. You are the LnTD consultant working for a Consulting firm in the Kingdom of Bahrain and have been asked to design and develop a new LnTD Programme to enhance the knowledge and skills of the employees that deal with the customers. You are required to understand which job categories would require the employees to interact with the customers/clients The design of the programme requires you to comprehend the nature of business/competitors in the market, competencies required by customer facing employees and assessment of the current initiatives that the company is adopting and what improvements and your recommendations are based on your understanding of the needs of the business, the company's strategy, the job requirements and best practices research. The Design of the LnTD programme must take note of the Web of 10 factors in the design of strong solutions. Please also make comparisons with your new programme Design and another LTD programme you have researched from another suitable organisation to demonstrate the value of your new programme. You are required to critically reflect on your own experience acquired as an HR student and potential HR practitioner to design the LNTD Programmed and demonstrate how the new programme will improve the capability of all these staff in at EKK to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the staff, the organization and its strategic objectives. Ensure you provide Critical evaluation and analysis of the applicability of the new LnTD System to EKK. (LO1,2,3) - Conclude the report by submitting the proposed plan and design, also summarizing your findings that Ek Kanoo must consider while selecting learning and development strategies for the jobs at the call centers and demonstrating other factors such as the Web of 10 factors in the design of strong solutions.
