Given that engagement is such a key behaviour for organizations to want to develop, it is important to know whether there are any teamlevel factors that might predict engagement. The data set for this case study includes a combination of teamlevel HR metrics, employee demographic data and engagement survey data. There are employees in these functions across the UK and these employees are organized into teams or employee units. The variables in the data set include the following:

Run a ttest with the teamlevel engagement results as the dependent variable column S comparing two regional and geographical groups in the organization or two samples namely London or Not LondonColumn H on their engagement survey results. This is testing the strongly held belief held by senior management at the organization that people in regional offices are less engaged than those based in the dynamic London branches. We want to test whether teams in the regional offices are less engaged than teams in the London office.
