Case Study:

Following what you did in the case study in module $3,$ in this activity, you will develop a training program for your company targeting the newly$-$hired employees and a performance management system to evaluate their job performance. For successful completion of this activity, you will make an original post that addresses the following questions and reply to at least two other participant$$s post.

$1.$ You have successfully hired the employees based on your recruitment and selection plan. To get the new hires ready for their positions, you will design an onboarding training program. The book talks about how to make a training program effective. Please briefly describe your program and what you would like to do to make it more effective.

$2.$ Please develop a performance management system to evaluate their job performance. Be sure to discuss what methods you would like to use to appraise their performance and who will be conducting the evaluations.
