Sara has been working for an industrial company for about seven years and six months. She took her annual leave for all her previous years without payment. The company was following the policy of payment on work only. Hence, if the employee fails to work, they are not entitled to get any payment as per the company policy. Apply the provisions of Oman Labour Law for the above scenario and answer the following.

a) Advice the company, whether their policy is right or wrong stating the provisions from Oman Labor Law?

b) Explain Sara her right under Oman Labour Law and the process of filing a complaint to Ministry of Manpower?

c) What would be the result in case Sara decided to complaint in the Ministry of Manpower?
