Case Study: Mission statement and use cases

Read the following customer email, then write a short mission statement that summarizes answers to all $6$ W questions, and write a user story within the mission using the format from week $1$s lecture.

Hello!

I$$m Sanchel, owner of local florist chain Petal Power. I$$d like your help creating a system for my business. I$$ve been using a national online system that charges a percentage of every sale, and I just think it is eating into my profits too much and I can get by with a much simpler system. I still want this system to be online, so each of my locations can access it from a web browser. I need the system to receive and track florist orders. These can come from people calling one of our locations over the phone, ordering it on our website, being wired to us from another florist somewhere else, or through one of the national florist sites like FTD or $1-800-$Flowers. We also need to be able to send our orders by wire to remote florists. I really think I only need the information on my old paper form I used back when we started, things were so much simpler then! When the system gets an order, it should assign one of my $5$ locations to the order based on which location is closest to the delivery location. Then whoever is working that day can arrange the bouquet and get it ready for delivery. I don$$t care where you host it as long as it is affordable, you tell me where you recommend. I$$ve just renewed my annual subscription for my current system but do not want to renew it next year, so I would like it up and running by then.
