Mr. Xaviour is a businessman fighting a long drawn Court case with Mr. Young another businessman. To support his case Mr. Xaviour signs up the services of Mr. Zagalo, a legal expert stating that an amount of $5,000 would be paid, if Mr. Zagalo does not take up briefs of Mr. Young. Mr Zagalo agrees. However, at the end of the litigation, Mr. Xaviour refuses to pay.
