When writing your case study, I would like you to include a discussion of the following: very briefly the facts of the case (should be no more than a paragraph, as I can read cases myself), the decision of the court - was it fair and just or should it have been a different decision, how the company could have avoided litigation and the impacts of the court's decision, was it possible for these parties to engage in alternative dispute resolution, and lastly, does this case impact the businesses goodwill (why or why not). The paper shall not be more than four (4) pages in length.
