Case Study on Performance Appraisal

The IT facility at the Heartache Institution offers technical and support services to staff and

students. The IT Manager and supervisors are convinced that performance appraisal is a

critical process in managing the staff but they lack training in the appraisal process. The

Additionally, the organization will be able to create a more transparent, fair, and motivating

environment that supports both individual growth and organizational success. The aim is to
