Case Study Scenario 3 Twinkle Hotel is a new and upcoming famous hotel in Bangkok. A lot of demand recently from tourists as this hotel offers good packages, strategic location with the attractive places in Bangkok and the price is affordable. All these compliments go to the management of the hotel led by Alice recently. Since the pandemic, the incoming of tourists from different countries were strictly prohibited. About 6 months later, the hotel was not doing well, therefore Alice has to retrench some of the workers and close the hotel for some time. Alice also left the hotel to find a better job. After a year, a new management headed by Jonathan took over Twinkle Hotel and started to plan and strategize on how to attract more tourists and customers despite tourism was still at risk. Jonathan, is very new to the field. He did not make the correct decisions previously and had worsen the situation of the hotel.
