e) Literature Review

Literature Review is a summary of a literature area (e.g., if you are using Work-related attitudes in your analysis, the Literature Review section of your paper would summarize the work-related attitudes research literature). In this summary (Literature Review), you might start off by discussing historical streams of work-related attitudes research. For example, some early work-related attitude researchers conceptualized work-related to job satisfaction this is an example of a research stream and there are numerous articles pertaining to this stream. Find at least one article in this stream and use it to cite your discussion about this stream in your Literature Review (the same applies to other historical streams). Then discuss contemporary streams of motivation organizational commitment and employee engagement (loyalty) research (e.g., the cognitive approach to work-related attitudes) and follow the same logic discussed above.
