Case Study:

Sigma Contracting Company faces many challenges such as completing some of its projects on time to avoid any large financial fines. One such project required tremendous effort from the workers to be completed within the allotted time. So the project manager Mr. Sadiq Al-Qahtani met with all the managers to solve this problem. They suggested some solutions such as increasing the number of workers, trying to extend the appropriate time, and following up with the workers to increase their productivity, while HR Director Mr. Murad Youssef stated that "it seems that the workers are not satisfied with our compensation system in the institution."
