This department deals with the services like Dialysis, Consultancy, and Patients old history record regarding medications, surgeries or tests etc. The department has doctors that are available for the services at different timings in 24 hours duration. The department have communication to the other departments as to update the patients history. Which are mostly communications and services exchange between medical store regarding some latest medications record, laboratory services regarding multiple tests reports, with the reception regarding patients queue etc, mainly to the administration. Also it is necessary that the patient need the services of the hospital then doctor may refer him for Medicines, Medical Tests, and Surgery etc.

1. 1.2 Administration

This department is one that controls the overall management of the hospital and also directly interacts with the all other departments. The management of all types of services to the patients are provided under the supervision of this department, also the employees' record and all the services required by the employees is also under the supervision of this Administration department. The department keeps track records for services to the patients like, Dialysis, Consultancy, Different Tests, Surgery, Medicines, and Admit/ Discharge etc by the association of the other Hospital Departments. Also the services with respect to employees like Hiring Employees, Paying, Allowances, Medical Facilities, and Attendance Record etc. All the data record maintenance regarding working of the different departments is also kept here.
