Problem: The negative impacts on small family owned restaurants in Santa Clara County due to COVID 19. We want to solve how to get these family owned restaurants get back on their feet financially

Why is it important to solve this problem?

Importance:

Its important to solve this problem as family owned restaurants typically donthave funding or insurance like the bigger named restaurants do during this pandemic. They dont have the same resources and its most likely that the owners have put their life savings into the restaurant and now that there is a halt,its hard to find a way to get them back on their feet or be able to support themselves like they did before the pandemic hit. Its important to find help for these types of businesses as its much harder for them to recover or even open back up.
