- You will be writing a Change HR management plan.

Google any change HR management plan document to get a format you like but your document has to include the following:

1. Information about the change HR project
2. Approximate Total Number of resources you would need (how did you come up with this number?)
3. Identify at least 20 tasks that needs to be done to finish this project.
4. Identify the job titles of who will be responsible and accountable (remember there is a difference) for each of these 20 tasks
5. Timeline would be 1 year (from January-December). Divide the year and indicate which month which of these 20 tasks will be done
