CASE STUDY

You are asked to lead an IoT implementation project in one of the Logistics and industry Transportation, where you will apply it:  Fleet Maintenance  Vehicle Monitoring  Asset and Cargo Management  Driver Management As the project leader, you are asked to form a team and explain information in details regarding the implementation requirements that will be executed on the above functions. You required to fulfill the information below:

a. Create an organizational structure for the team you will lead and provide information about the duties and responsibilities!

b. Make an estimation of the costs required for the project (including the information on the cost of equipment and tools needed, such as sensors, boards and IoT services used)!

c. Make a Rules Engine with at least 3 event cases run by applications and sensors that aim to construct applications that run the rules! (Choose 2 functions according to what you want from the functions on)

d. Mention and explain 5 information or insights that will be generated of the 2 functions you selected above to use for analysis in order to improve existing business processes
